I've always wanted to make seaglass mobiles, but constructing them was more complicated than it seemed at first sight.

The main problem was resolved by spacing the seaglass with small pearls.

Seaglass looks best against a white wall, not against light because the colors are very subtle.

It looks even better when wet.

The seaglass used for these mobiles was collected and purchased over many years.

Not all beaches are created equal, and both seaglass and driftwood are very difficult to find locally.
